1/4 c. chopped onion
1 tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. curry powder
1 can whole kernel corn
1/2 c. whipping cream
Salt and pepper

Melt butter and saute onion until onion is softened. Add spices, add cream and heat. Do not boil.
