CURRIED CORN CASSEROLE 
2 (16 oz.) cans cream style corn
2 eggs
4 tbsp. cream or milk
1 c. cracker crumbs
1 tsp. curry powder
2 tbsp. butter, melted
Grated cheddar cheese

Mix corn, eggs, milk, curry powder and crumbs gently. Pour melted butter into dish and pour corn mixture over. Sprinkle grated cheese over casserole. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes.
