This cobbler came out perfect! I didn't add any of the juice so it was a little dry for my taste but the crust came out crunchy (a wonderful surprise). I will probably add the a little juice the next time. Great simple recipe to had down to my children..

I prefer to not use milk, I do not really care for the way it taste and the texture. I have always made a 13x9 with two large cans of peaches with about a 1/2 can of juice in the bottom. Then mixed 2 cups flour, 2 cups sugar, 2 eggs and mixed with hands then crumbled over top of peaches. Then melt 1 stick butter and pour over.I like to sprinkle a little extra sugar on the top! :) Bake at 350 until golden brown (In my oven I cook for about 40 mins). This is for those that like a crisper crust.

This recipe was great! I think it was just a little bit buttery, but saw that someone else said using real butter eliminates that funny taste so I'm going to try that next time. :O) Here's hoping my family of picky eaters will like it as much as I do!

Turned out great. I liked using all the juice. Wasn't too dry. I used 9-inch dish to bake in and baked 50 min. I'll use it again.
