PEACH DESSERT 
1) 1 roll Ritz crackers 1/2 c. butter 2 tbsp. sugar
2) 8 oz. cream cheese 1 c. sugar 1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
3) 2 pkg. peach Jello 2 c. hot water 1 (20 oz.) can peaches, drained, Reserve juice to make 1 1/2 c. (add water)

1. Mix and pat in 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake 10 minutes at 350 degrees.

2. Mix and pour on cooled cracker mixture.

3. Pour over cream cheese layer when partially set.
