PEACH DESSERT 
3 oz. peach Jello
2/3 c. boiling water
1 c. vanilla ice cream
1 c. diced peaches
3 1/2 c. Cool Whip
1 baked 9 or 10 inch pie crust

Dissolve Jello in boiling water, add ice cream by spoonful until dissolved. Blend in Cool Whip and fruit and chill until thick, spoon into baked crust.
