In a large serving bowl, pour mixture over block of ice. 16 to 20 servings.

Mix and refrigerate until ready to serve in a punch bowl with large blocks of ice, or process in blender with ice cubes for individual servings.

Make a syrup by combining ... Combine tea, syrup, fruit juices and ice water. Pour over ... and slices of oranges and lemon. Makes 30 servings.
