RHUBARB - PINEAPPLE PIE 
2 c. diced rhubarb
1 c. sugar
2 heaping tbsp. flour
2 heaping tbsp. crushed pineapple
2 eggs
Pinch of salt
Pinch of coconut
1 unbaked pie shell

Combine all ingredients. Mix well. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 425 degrees for 10 minutes, then at 350 degrees until golden brown.
