RICE KRISPIE ROLL 
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. peanut butter (creamy)
10 oz. pkg. marshmallows
6 to 7 c. Rice Krispies
1 can of chocolate frosting
1 tsp. vanilla

Line 15 x 10 x 1 inch baking pan with wax paper; lightly grease. Melt butter, peanut butter, and marshmallows in a large saucepan. Stir to keep mixture smooth. Then remove from heat.

Stir in vanilla. Add cereal. Press mixture evenly into pan. Spread frosting over mixture. Roll jelly roll style, starting with longest side. Peel wax paper away while rolling. Wrap with plastic wrap. Place seam side down in refrigerator and chill until firm. Cut into 1/2 inch slices. Delicious!
