PORK CHOPS DIJON 
4 loin pork chops, cut 1/2 inch thick
3 tbsp. dijon-style mustard
1 med. onion, sliced
2 tbsp. low-cal Italian salad dressing

Trim excess fat from from chops. Spray 10 inch skillet with nonstick spray, coating. Brown chops. Add onions, cook stir over medium heat 3 minutes. Combine mustard, dressing and 1/4 teaspoon pepper, spread over chops. Cover, cook over medium-low heat 15 minutes or until meat is tender.
