STRAWBERRY FREEZER JAM 
4 c. mashed strawberries
6 1/2 to 7 c. sugar
1 pkg. sure jell
3/4 c. water

Stem and wash strawberries. Mash and measure 4 cups berries. Combine strawberries with sugar and let set. Combine Sure Jell with water. Cook and boil 1 minute. Put Sure Jell mixture into strawberries, mix and let set 20 minutes.

Put into containers. Let stand at room temperature 12 hours, then freeze.
