1 stick butter
1/2 c. peanut butter
1 c. chocolate chips
7 c. rice cereal (or your favorite Chex cereal)

Melt butter, peanut butter and chips; add cereal. Stir until well coated. Put 2 cups of powdered sugar in a large plastic bag; mix until cereal is covered.
