BEEF-POTATO SUPPER 
1 lb. ground beef
1 med. onion, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 soup can milk
2-3 med. potatoes, sliced
Salt & pepper as desired

In large skillet, combine beef and onion. Cook until beef is browned. Drain fat. Add soup, milk, potatoes, salt and pepper to beef. Cook over low heat 15 to 20 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Add a little water if you like a thinner sauce.
