2 slices bread, crusts removed 1 lb. crabmeat 1/4 tsp. salt 1 tbsp. baking powder 1 tbsp. Worcestershire 1 egg, beaten 1 tsp. OLD BAY Seasoning 1 tbsp. chopped parsley 1 tbsp. mayonnaise or salad dressing Break bread in small pieces and moisten with milk; combine with remaining ingredients. Shape into patties. Fry quickly in 3-4 tablespoons hot oil until brown. |
