SWEDISH MEAT BALLS 
6 oz. onion, minced
5 oz. potatoes, raw, grated
1 1/4 lb. pork sausage
2 3/4 lb. ground beef
1 tbsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 1/4 lb. bread cubes or crumbs
2 c. milk
Cream of Mushroom soup or soup of your choice

Soak bread in milk. Combine first 6 ingredients and add bread and milk. Blend lightly, do not over mix. Form into balls and brown in hot oven. Place in baking pan. Pour undiluted soup over meat. Bake approximately 1 hour at 300 degrees. Serve in soup gravy. Yields 100 meat balls.
