MEAT BALL CASSEROLE | |
1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 can French onion soup 1 lb. ground beef 1 raw med. potato, grated 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 1 egg 1 onion, chopped Garlic powder Salt and pepper Any spices you might like Mix all ingredients together except canned soups. Make about 1 1/2 inch meatballs, put them on ungreased cookie sheet and bake in oven for 20-25 minutes at 350 degrees. Transfer to casserole dish and add soups (do not add water) to meatballs, stir and cook 20 minutes in oven. Serve over rice, noodles, potatoes or by themselves. |
