DUTCH MEAT BALLS 
1/2 lb. extra lean burger
5 potatoes, raw
1 egg
1 tsp. nutmeg
Salt and pepper
Garlic salt

Boil potatoes (peeled). Drain and mash with fork. Let cool. When cool, add 1 egg, 1 teaspoon nutmeg, salt, pepper and garlic salt to taste. Add to raw hamburger. Make into balls then deep fry in oil. Oil must be very warm or meatballs will fall apart. Cook until golden brown. Drain and serve with rice.
