DUTCH MEATLOAF 
1 med. onion
3 slices bread
1 egg
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce, divided
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. water
1 tbsp. prepared mustard
2 1/2 tbsp. brown sugar

Peel and chop onion fine. Pull bread into crumbs with a fork. Beat egg until bubbly. Add onion, bread crumbs, egg, salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, dry mustard and 1/2 cup tomato sauce to the ground beef. Mix together lightly but thoroughly. Pack meat mixture in a 9x5x3 inch loaf pan.

Mix the remaining tomato sauce, vinegar, water, mustard and brown sugar together and pour over meat loaf. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours uncovered.
