DUTCH MEAT LOAF 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 c. bread crumbs
1 onion
1 (15 oz.) tomato sauce
1 egg
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. prepared mustard
1 tbsp. vinegar

Mix beef, bread crumbs, onion, 3/4 cup tomato sauce, egg, salt and pepper. Shape into loaf and put in pan. Combine remaining tomato sauce, vinegar, sugar and mustard. Pour over meat loaf and bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/4 hours. Baste several times.
