DUTCH MEAT LOAF 
1 med. onion
3 slices bread
1 egg
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. Worcestershire
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/2 c. water
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. dry mustard
2 tbsp. brown sugar

Peel and chop onion finely. Pull bread into crumbs. Beat egg well. Add to egg, onion, bread crumbs, salt, pepper, Worcestershire, 1 teaspoon dry mustard and 1/2 of tomato sauce. Add ground beef and mix together lightly. Pack meat mixture lightly into 9x5x3 loaf pan.

Mix remaining tomato sauce, water, vinegar, dry mustard and brown sugar and pour over meat loaf. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
