SEVEN COURSE DINNER 
2 1/2 lbs. ground beef
3 med. onions, sliced thin
1 bunch carrots, cut thin
1/2 bunch celery, cut up thin
1 green pepper, diced sm.
3/4 c. Minute Rice
1 can tomato soup
1 can whole tomatoes
1 c. water

These amounts make a small pan almost full. Can cut recipe down for lesser amounts, or increase for larger amounts.

Put meat and onions in bottom of roasting pan. Then add layers of carrots, celery and green pepper. Sprinkle rice over the top. Pour soup and tomatoes over mixture, then add water. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Keep adding more water a little at a time if ingredients begin to dry out.
