CREAMY BAKED CHEESECAKE 
Crust:

1/3 cup butter, melted
1 1/4 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup sugar

Preheat oven to 300°F.

Combine butter, crumbs and sugar, press firmly on bottom of 9-inch spring-form pan.

Filling:

2 (8 oz. ea.) Philadelphia cream cheese
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
3 eggs
1/4 cup real lemon juice
1 (8 oz.) container dairy sour cream

In large mixing bowl beat cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk until smooth. Add eggs and real lemon juice. Mix well. Pour into prepared pan.

Bake at 300°F for 50 minutes or until center is set. Top with sour cream. Bake 5 minutes longer. Cool. Chill before serving.
