DILLY CASSEROLE BREAD 
1 pkg. yeast
1/4 c. warm water
2 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. butter, melted
1/4 tsp. dill seed
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1 c. cottage cheese, at room temperature
1 egg
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. minced onion
2 1/2 c. flour

Dissolve yeast in warm water in a small bowl. In large bowl, combine all dry ingredients. Add egg, cottage cheese, butter, and yeast mixture. Knead dough for several minutes. Let rise for 1 hour covered. Punch down and put into a 2-quart casserole dish and let rise another 30 minutes. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes. Brush with butter and sprinkle with salt after removing it from oven.
