CHERRY - BAKED HAM 
12 lb. ham
1/4 c. packed brown sugar
1/4 c. honey
1 can pitted sour red cherries
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1/8 tbsp. allspice
1/8 tsp. ground cloves
Several drops of red food coloring

Place ham fat side up in shallow baking pan. Combine brown sugar and honey in bowl; spoon over ham. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/4 to 2 hours, basting occasionally with drippings. Drain cherries, reserving juice. Combine cornstarch, sugar and spices in saucepan. Stir in cherry juice gradually. Cook until clear. Add cherries and red food coloring. Place ham on serving plate. Spoon hot cherry sauce over top.
