BAKED HAM AND SWEET POTATOES 
1 (2 inch) center cut ham slice
1.8 tsp. ground cloves
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 (16 oz.) can sweet potatoes

Drain pineapple, reserving syrup. Add water to syrup to make 1 cup. Combine sugar, mustard, cloves and syrup mixture. Slash edges of ham and place in a baking dish. Cover with pineapple. Pour syrup mixture gently over and around ham. Bake, covered, at 325 degrees for 1 hour. Add drained sweet potatoes and bake an additional 30 minutes. Baste 2 to 3 times. Serves 2.
