EASY PORK CHOPS 
6 pork chops
6 med. potatoes
1 can mushrooms
1 env. Lipton onion soup mix
2 1/2 c. water
2 lg. onions
Apples
Salt & pepper to taste

Fry pork chops until brown but not dry. Peel medium potatoes, set aside. Cut onion in 1/2 inch thick slices for 6 chop tops. Do Not peel apples. Slice also in 1/2 inch slices for 6 chop tops.

In baking dish put in your chops, place 1 onion slice on top, 1 apple slice on onion and potatoes around chops. Bring onion soup and water to a boil and pour over all and pour mushrooms over all. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

Bake at 350°F for 35 to 40 minutes.
