EASY PORK CHOPS 
6 pork chops
2 c. Pepperidge Farm herb seasoned stuffing mix
1 can Golden cream of mushroom soup

In an electric skillet, brown pork chops until almost done. Mix the stuffing with just enough water so that it will stick together and all pieces are moistened. Take enough of moistened stuffing in your hand to make a small patty. Lay a patty on top of each pork chop and spoon soup on top of each patty. Cover and simmer for 10-15 minutes.
