EASY PORK CHOP AND STUFFING 
1 (6 oz.) box croutons
1/4 c. diced onions
4-8 pork chops
Salt and pepper to taste
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can water

Grease a 9x13 inch pan. Put croutons on bottom of pan. Sprinkle onions on top. Brown pork chops. Season with salt and pepper. Place on top of onions. Pour off all grease.

In same pan used to brown chops, add soup and water. Stir until smooth and hot. Pour over pork chops. Bake covered with foil 1 1/2 hours at 325 degrees.
