GERMAN CHOCOLATE CAKE 
CAKE:

Add 1/4 cup plain flour to a German chocolate cake mix.

FROSTING - COCONUT-PECAN:

1 c. evaporated milk
1 c. sugar
3 egg yolks
1/4 lb. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/3 c. Baker's coconut
1 c. chopped pecans

CAKE: Bake cake as directed on the box, baking 3 layers.

FROSTING: Cook and stir over medium heat milk, sugar, yolks and butter; until it thickens. Takes about 12 minutes. Add vanilla, coconut and pecans. Beat until frosting is cool and thick enough to spread. Put icing on top of layers only.
