ROCKY ROAD FUDGE BARS 
BAR:

1/2 c. butter
1 (1 oz.) unsweetened chocolate
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1 c. flour

FIRST FILLING:

1 (6 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. butter
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 egg
2 tbsp. flour
1/4 c. walnuts, chopped
1/4 c. chocolate chips

SECOND FILLING:

2 c. mini marshmallows

FROSTING:

1/4 c. butter
1 (1 oz.) unsweetened chocolate
1 (2 oz.) cream cheese
1/4 c. milk
3 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare bars by melting butter and chocolate in saucepan over low heat. Add remaining ingredients and spread in greased and floured 9 x 13 inch pan.

FILLING: Combine cream cheese with next five ingredients. Blend until fluffy. Stir in nuts. Spread over bar mixture. Sprinkle with chocolate chips. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes. While batter is baking, prepare frosting: over low heat, melt butter, chocolate and cream cheese. Add milk. Stir in sugar and vanilla until smooth. When bar mixture has been baked, pour marshmallows over top. Return to oven for 5 to 6 minutes. Immediately pour frosting over marshmallow topping. Swirl together. Cool and cut into squares.
