ROCKY ROAD BARS 
1 (16 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
2 tbsp. butter
2 c. Bisquick or Jiffy Mix
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1 c. mini marshmallows
1/4 c. chopped nuts

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9 x 13 inch pan. Melt 1/2 cup chips and butter together. Mix baking mix, sugar, vanilla and eggs. Stir into chocolate mixture. Spread into pan and bake for 15 minutes. Sprinkle with marshmallows, nuts and chips. Bake 10 - 15 minutes or until marshmallows are light brown. Cool completely. Cut into 2 inch squares. Makes 30 bars.
