CREAM CHEESE PASTRY 
1/2 lb. salt butter (or add salt)
1/2 lb. cream cheese
1 lb. flour
3 egg yolks

Have all ingredients at room temperature and blend with hands until dough is formed. Chill. Roll out thinly. Shape and fill with various fillings as apricot jam, chopped nuts mixed with cinnamon and sugar.
