CHEESECAKE MINCEMEAT PIE 
1 (10 inch) baked pastry shell
1 c. prepared mincemeat
1/2 c. walnuts
1/2 c. sugar
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
1/2 tsp. vanilla
12 oz. cream cheese, softened
2 eggs
1 tbsp. milk
2 tbsp. sugar

Prepare pastry shell, bake. Combine mincemeat and walnuts; spread evenly in cooled pastry. In large bowl, beat eggs, cream cheese, 1/2 cup sugar and milk until smooth. Pour over mincemeat; spread evenly.

Bake at 375 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes or until set. Stir together sour cream, the 2 tablespoons sugar and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla. Spread over top of baked pie and bake 5 minutes more. Cool slightly, then chill at least 6 hours.
