PHILADELPHIA CHEESE STEAKS 
1 Steakum
1 piece of cheese
1 roll
Chopped onion & green peppers (opt.)

Fry the Steakum. When it is almost done, place the cheese on top with meat still in pan. While you are doing all of this, start to stir-fry the onions and green peppers. When the cheese is melted on the steak, place it in a split roll. When the onions and green peppers are done, sprinkle them on top of the cheese. Enjoy.
