FRENCH SILK PIE 
9 inch baked pie crust or graham cracker crust
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. butter
4 oz. unsweetened chocolate (can substitute 12 tbsp. cocoa and 3 tbsp. oil)
2 tsp. vanilla
4 eggs

Cream together sugar and butter. Melt and cool chocolate and blend with butter-sugar mixture. Add vanilla. Add eggs one at a time and beat mixture 5 minutes before adding another egg. Repeat this process until all 4 eggs have been added. Pour mixture into prepared pie crust. Chill for 1 to 2 hours. So good it melts in your mouth!!
