4 eggs
4 lbs. lean ground beef
4 c. cracker crumbs
1 c. finely chopped onion
1 scant tbsp. salt
1 c. milk
1 c. tomato sauce or catsup
2 tsp. mustard

SAUCE:

1 c. tomato sauce
Mustard and brown sugar to taste

Mix all meatloaf ingredients together, divide into two loaves. Bake for approximately one hour, or until done. Pour sauce over top for last 15 minutes of baking. Serves 7.
