2 lbs. hamburger
5 slices bread, softened with 1/2 c. cream
2 eggs
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. mustard
1/3 c. ketchup
1/4 c. parsley
14 to 1/2 c. chopped onion
Salt & pepper to taste

Mix above ingredients well. Shape in a pan. Bake a 375 degrees for 1 to 1 1/2 hours, until done. Mix some catsup and mustard, three parts to one, spread over top last 15 minutes of cooking.
