1 lb. ground meat
1 egg
bread crumbs
1 small onion, chopped
garlic
salt and pepper to taste
parsley
oregano and basil to taste

Mix all ingredients. Place in loaf pan (microwave). Pour catsup on top. Microwave on High for 15 minutes. Check for doneness.
