ITALIAN MEATLOAF 
2 eggs, beaten
3/4 c. bread crumbs
1/2 c. tomato juice
2 tbsp. parsley
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. salt
2 cloves garlic

Combine. Then add 2 pounds of ground meat. On wax paper, flatten meat 12 x 10 inches. Arrange 8 slices ham on top. Leave border around. Sprinkle 6 ounce shredded mozzarella on ham. Roll jelly roll. Cook at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Place 3 slices mozzarella on top. Cook 15 minutes more.
