FRANKS AND RICE FAMILY STYLE 
8 franks
2 tbsp. butter and butter
2 tbsp. chopped onion
1 1/3 c. water
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. Minute Rice
1/3 c. catsup or chili sauce
1/2 tsp. vinegar

Brown franks in butter in skillet, adding onion the last few minutes. Saute until onion is tender. Add water; bring to a boil. Stir in salt and rice. Cover; remove from heat and let stand 5 minutes. Stir in catsup and vinegar.
