REUBEN CASSEROLE 
1 (16 oz.) can sauerkraut, drained
1 c. sour ream
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 (12 oz.) can corned beef
3/4 lb. Swiss cheese, grated
1/2 loaf rye bread with caraway seed or pumpernickel bread
1/4 lb. butter

Mix together drained sauerkraut, sour cream and chopped onions and put in 13"x9" (or slightly smaller) casserole dish. Next Layer: Crumble the corned beef. Next Layer: grated Swiss cheese. Top Layer: Make crumbs of the rye bread and put over cheese. Melt butter and pour over crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
