ONION CASSEROLE 
5 lg. Spanish onions
3 stalks celery
1 lg. loaf French bread or 2 sm. loaves
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms or 2 sm. cans
1/2 lb. shredded Swiss cheese
1 can mushroom soup
1/2 c. milk
Butter

Saute sliced onions, mushrooms and diced celery in butter until lightly browned. Put in buttered 9"x13" dish. Add Swiss cheese. Slice French bread in half and butter. Place on top of cheese. Mix mushroom soup, milk and soy sauce. Pour over the top. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
