SWEET POTATOES 
1 (17 oz.) can sweet potatoes, drained
1 (16 oz.) can sliced peaches, undrained
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. butter, cut into pieces
1 tbsp. grated orange peel
1/2 tsp. salt

Slice sweet potatoes into 1/2 inch thick pieces. Combine with peaches, brown sugar, butter, orange peel and salt in 2 quart glass covered casserole. Microwave at high 11 1/2 to 15 1/2 minutes or until hot. Rotate dish and stir 2 times. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
