PUDDING FRUIT SALAD | |
3 oz. pkg. lemon pudding, cooking type 1/4 c. water 1/2 c. sugar 2 egg yolks 2 c. water 12 oz. Cool Whip 29 oz. peaches 20 oz. pineapple 16 oz. mandarin oranges 16 oz. pears Drain juice off all fruit. Replace water with drained fruit juice to make pudding tends to make fruit salad overly sweet. Mix all together in medium saucepan, heat to full boil, stirring constantly. Cool completely. Stir in Cool Whip and fruit. Cover and refrigerate overnight. |
