BEAN AND BEEF PIE 
1 lb. hamburger
2 to 3 cloves minced garlic
1 can condensed bean with bacon soup
1 (16 oz.) jar chunky salsa
1/4 c. cornstarch
1 tbsp. parsley
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 (16 oz.) drained/rinsed kidney beans
1 (16 oz.) drained/rinsed black beans
2 c. shredded cheese
3/4 c. chopped green onions
2 crust Pillsbury crust

Brown meat and garlic. Mix soup, 1 cup salsa, meat and rest of ingredients. Stir completely. Put crust in pie plate. Put mixture in crust and top with 2nd crust.

Bake at 425°F for 30 to 35 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting. Top with sour cream, salsa and olives, if you choose.
