CHEESE AND BEEF CRESCENT PIE 
2 lbs. ground beef
1 green pepper, chopped
2 pkgs. spaghetti seasoning mix
12 oz. can tomato paste
1 1/2 c. water
8 oz. can Pillsbury crescent dinner rolls
1/2 c. Kraft grated Parmesan cheese
1 1/2 oz. pkg. shredded Mozzarella cheese
1 chopped onion

In large frying pan, brown ground beef, green peppers, and onion (optional); drain. Stir in seasoning mix, tomato paste, and water. Simmer 10 minutes. Separate crescent roll dough. Place in ungreased 8 or 9 inch pie pan. Press over bottom and at sides to form crust. Sprinkle 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese over crust. Spoon half of hot meat mixture to crust. Top with shredded cheese; spoon remaining meat over cheese and top with remaining 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese. Bake in oven at 400 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes until crust is golden brown. Add remaining shredded cheese. Put in oven long enough to melt cheese.
