SUMMER PIZZA 
1 lb. pizza dough ready to stretch
3/4 lb. Mozzarella, grated
2 lg. tomatoes, chopped coarsely
1 onion, chopped
1 zucchini, sliced thin or broccoli or peppers or whatever you like
1/2 marinara sauce
Basil to taste
Oregano to taste
Parsley to taste
Crushed red pepper to taste
Black pepper to taste

Spread pizza dough in pan (oil or PAM it first) and bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes. Saute vegetables and onion for 2 minutes until crisp tender. Take pizza out of oven and spread sauce over pie, cover with vegetables, sprinkle with seasonings and cover with Mozzarella. Bake for 15 minutes longer or until crust is browned and cheese is melted.
