PIZZA SQUASH 
3 lg. yellow squash (1 inch cubes)
2 lg. zucchini (1 inch cubes)
2 (1 lb.) cans tomatoes (cut up)
1 tbsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. salt and pepper

Mix all together in large skillet and cook until tender, about 20-30 minutes. Drain off juice. Sprinkle 1 pound shredded white American cheese and 1/2 pound Mozzarella cheese on top and melt.
