PIZZA SOUP 
1 lb. Italian sausage
2 c. celery, 1/2 inch pieces
2 lbs. zucchini, 1/2 inch pieces
1 c. chopped onions
2 c. tomatoes (28 oz.)
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. basil
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
2 green peppers, 1/2 inch pieces

Remove casing from sausage and brown in a heavy pan. Drain off excess fat. Add chopped celery and cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add all remaining ingredients with the exception of the green pepper. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes. Add the green pepper and cover. Simmer an additional 10 minutes. Serve with garlic bread and grated Parmesan cheese.
