STUFFED MEAT LOAF 
2 1/2 lbs. ground chuck
Salt & pepper to taste
1/2 c. canned milk

Mix well; form into a ball. Place on a sheet of wax paper and flatten into a rectangle.

Spread with dressing made as follows: 1 cup packaged herb seasoned stuffing mix prepared as directed, or your own homemade bread dressing.

After spreading with dressing, roll up like a jelly roll and carefully transfer to a 9"x13" pan, seam side down. Pour 1 can mushroom soup over top of meat loaf and bake at 350 degrees for about 1 1/2 hours or until done. Serves 8 to 10.
