2 lb. ground beef
Salt & pepper to taste
1/4 c. bread crumbs
2 eggs
4 to 6 slices Swiss cheese
1/2 c. catsup
4 to 6 sliced boiled ham
4 to 6 sliced American cheese

Mix ground beef, bread crumbs, salt, pepper and eggs together and roll out on waxed paper. Lay Swiss cheese and ham on top of rolled out beef mixture. Roll up and put in loaf pan. Pour catsup over. Add a little water in bottom of pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 to 1 3/4 hours. Right before done, layer American cheese over. 6 to 8 servings.
